February 18 Informational Session to Ban 7-OH
On February 18 at Noon, 7-HOPE members Jackie Subeck and Dr. Michele Ross will be presenting to lawmakers in Sacramento during an informational session related to AB 1088, a proposal that would impose a statewide ban on 7-OH.
This the THE moment to Save 7-OH in California and we need you there!
What is happening?
The Senate Heath Committee is holding a hearing on banning 7-OH via AB1088 statewide! That means 40 million people could lose access to 7-OH!
Why February 18 Matters
While no vote will occur on February 18, the information shared during this session will directly shape how lawmakers approach AB 1088 and future policy decisions.
That is why advocate presence is so important.
Advocates are needed to attend in person to show that we will not stand quietly. Attendees might be able to speak, and more importantly, we will wear yellow to show unity and to send a clear message:
We Are All Kratom and there are a lot of us.
Lawmakers notice when people show up.
